Critical Requirements and Steps!
Adults who wish to volunteer in a classroom or attend a school field trip MUST complete a Livescan fingerprint background check as well as mandated reporter and sexual harassment prevention trainings.

***Please Note the following:
- Once completed, Live scan is good forever!
- Once completed, TB is good for 4 years.
- Keenan Training needs to be done every year. At some point, parents will get an email that they need to do the training again and that will allow parents to see what training they need to complete.
- For driving on field trips, parents need to upload their Drivers License and proof of insurance. Once that is complete, they only need to update when their insurance expires or their DL expires.
- If Parents were cleared last year, they just need to log into their Be A Mentor account to see if they need to do anything.
